Working hours: 09.00-18.00
Responsibility:
Offshore development direction work + schedule management
We are currently developing a new customer management system. On the Japanese side, we are mainly in charge of upstream processes (requirements definition, basic design, detailed design), development is done by the development team in Bangladesh, and testing is done by the Japanese side again.
Job specification:
・ Direction work to the overseas development team
・ Schedule management
・ Checking and discussing the validity of the man-hours (estimation of time required for development) given by engineers
・ Check between products and masters filer
・Testing/If you find bugs, create a list and request for fixing
・ (In some cases) planning a new project
・ (If you wish) programing
Job requirements:
・ Development experience using any kind of programming languages among C / C # / Java / PHP / HTML /. NET / Java Script
・ Japanese: Business level (N2)
・ English: Business level
Welcome conditions:
・ Microsoft-SQL (database) development experience
Salary: 280,000 to 400,000 JPY (monthly)+ bonus
